This website is owned wholly by The Federalist Antiques. Throughout the site, the terms ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refer to The Federalist Antiques. All content on this website including photos are the property of The Federalist Antiques. The contents of this website are intended for non-commercial use by the users or our site.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Acceptance of sales is based on the express condition that Buyer agrees to all of the terms and conditions contained herein and also in the material and price lists provided to Buyer in relation to our products. These terms and conditions represent the complete agreement of the parties, and no terms or conditions in any way adding to, modifying or otherwise changing the provisions stated herein shall be binding upon The Federalist Antiques unless made in writing and signed and approved by an authorized representative of The Federalist Antiques. No modification of any of these terms will be affected by The Federalist Antiques's shipment of goods following receipt of Buyer’s purchase order, shipping request or similar forms containing printed terms and conditions conflicting or inconsistent with the terms herein.

PRICES & TERMS

Orders for all products require payment in full. All accounts shall be paid upon receipt when invoiced. Orders must be paid in full, including taxes, service charges, shipping, packing, and freight charges prior to shipping. Checks are to be made out to The Federalist Antiques. Credit cards accepted American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and Visa cards shall be subject to a credit card fee of 3%.

TAXES

All taxes of any nature whatsoever now or hereafter levied by governmental authority, whether federal, state or local, both directly or indirectly, upon the sale or transportation of any goods covered hereby shall be paid and borne by Buyer if a resale tax certificate is not provided. If you have an Illinois sales tax resale certificate, a form can be provided upon request and must be filled out and returned in order to process any tax-exempt sale with The Federalist Antiques.

SEVERABILITY

In the event that any one or more of these terms or conditions is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision or provisions shall be severed and the remaining terms and conditions shall remain binding and effective.

PRODUCTS

The products featured on www.federalistantiques.com have been represented to the best of our ability through photography, dimensional measurements, and any other descriptions that have been provided.

USER SUBMISSIONS

The Federalist Antiques enjoys an interactive environment through our Social Media accounts. User comments on our social media pages maintained by The Federalist Antiques will become the property of The Federalist Antiques. If an image or comment is posted through any social media website, including any image accompanied by a hashtag, referencing The Federalist Antiques or any associated entities, you are hereby granting access to The Federalist Antiques a worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable license without additional consideration to you or any third party, to store, reproduce, distribute, perform, and display (publicly or otherwise), create derivative works of, adapt, modify and otherwise use and exploit such photos, in any format or media now known or hereafter developed, in connection with The Federalist Antiques’s business.

INDEMNITY

By using this site, you agree to indemnify and hold The Federalist Antiques (and it’s employees, partners and owners) harmless from any claim or demand, as well as losses, expenses, damages and costs, resulting from any violation of these terms of service of any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct). The Federalist Antiques cannot be assumed as liable to you, the customer, for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials and services on this site or the performance of any of its products.
