5-2-01D Pair of American neo-classic lookinglasses. Crotch mahogany cross-band veneered pier glass with gilt bezel and back band. 55" tall, 28>5: wide. Probably NewYork, circa 1825.

11-24-2000C 18th century rectangular looking glass. Gilt cove molding with lamb's tongue bezel. Fitted with original mercury amalgam mirror glass. Radius-cut upper corners conform to the continuous cove molding. 24.5" wide x 21". tall. Circa 1790.
10-24-2004b Gilt Gothic pier mirror. 26" x 63" tall. Circa 1835.
5-2-01W Oval looking glass frame of molded gesso on carved pine, The coved 1.25 in. face has an applied laurel leaf with a lambs tongue bezel and reeded back band. The frame is fitted with mercury amalgam mirror glass. 23" x 17". England, circa 1870.
1-3-2004G Split-pillar looking glass with a square eglomise' panel of a basket of flowers over a rectangular mirror. Gilt gesso on turned pine with carved gilt rosettes on the corner blocks. The frame retains its original gilt surface. The reverse bears the makers label: "Albert Hess, Picture frame manufacturer and gilder, factory: Union Street, Randolph, Mass." (South of Boston). 16.5" x 31.5". Massachusetts, circa 1820.
6-29-2004C 18" oval mirror molding of gilt gesso on gadroon carved pine. Geo III Period, circa 1790.
10-24-2004a American Federal mahogany fretwork looking glass with string inlaid bezel and original mercury amalgam mirror. Mahogany on Northern white pine. New England, circa 1810.
