with retractable foot rest, removable "wings" and adjustable
chair back executed in the Neo Classic taste. The legs terminate
in cast brass castors. The frame has been covered in dove gray
leather with brass dome headed tacks following evidence of the
original upholstery scheme. England, circa 1835. |

with upholstered slip seats. The Neo Classic inspired saber legs
and crest rail mortised between scrolled terminals of the upper
leg posts. A centered plume carved device joins the two slim
back rails. The chair rests on four saber legs of the Klismos
form. The seat frame is pierced for caning and a peg for an upholstered
slip seat. The seat is covered in yellow moiré. Boston,
